I understand that embarking on a fitness journey is a significant commitment, both mentally and physically. That's why I developed an application process to ensure that we're the right fit for each other. My goal is to work with clients who are committed to their health and wellness and who resonate with my training philosophy.


How It Works


When you're ready to join my fitness training program, simply fill out our application form. It will ask you about your fitness goals, current fitness level, any medical considerations, and your availability for workouts. This information helps me understand your needs and determine if I'm a good fit for you.


Selection Process


Once I have received your application, I'll review it carefully to assess if there's alignment between your goals and my training approach. I'll schedule a personal interview to get to know you better and discuss your fitness journey in more detail.

Custom Personal Training Programming & Nutrition Bundle

$350 Per Month Subscription Based 

-must be canceled before the renewal date 


What you get!


  1. Custom fitness program created by me for your unique goals, fitness level, and time availability. 
  2. Initial video call with me to get to know you, set realistic goals and talk through initial set-up & onboarding. This ensures a streamlined process for you and me!
  3. Motivation from me and reminders from the app to complete your scheduled workouts.
  4. Weekly video call check-ins with me to go over our weekly and monthly check in checklists, answer any questions/concerns, talk about goals and modifications for the next week.
  5. Keep you accountable and on track toward your goals each week.
  6. Video Instruction for each exercise in the app, additional notes and cues that are specific to you in your workouts for each day.
  7. Weekly modifications to continue your progress towards your goals.
  8. Ability to log progress through the app allowing you to see your own progress.
  9. Ability to add progress photos so you can see visual progress.
  10. Real-time messaging through the app
  11. Access to the WMN PWR nutrition app
  12. Weekly meal plans generated based off your specific fitness goals (as we all know nutrition is a SUPER important part of the process!)
  13. Ability to swap out any meals with list of options.
  14. Ability to search and discover new recipes and adjust for meal size needed.
  15. Meal plans based on nutrition goals weight loss, build muscle, be healthier.
  16. Ability to use Insta cart for a full week of meal plans delivered right to your door (additional cost via insta cart apply).
  17. Ability to exclude certain foods/allergies.
  18. Can change meal size recipe portion based on needs to cook for the whole family or just yourself.
  19. Ability to make easy, moderate, or harder recipes based on time constraints.

 


3 Month Contract

MUST commit to a 3-month contract unlike month-to month subscription.

I just finished my 3-month custom training contract with Chantel. After having my second baby, I was struggling to find the time and motivation to get back in shape, but Chantel made it feel so achievable. She created an online training plan tailored specifically to my fitness level, goals, and schedule as a busy mom.
